SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING

Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will select the potential Winner via random drawing on or about seven (7) days after the ending of each campaign entry period from all eligible entries submitted during that campaign entry period. If a potential winner fails to respond within the timeline stated in the notification email, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable Sweepstakes Period. Delivery of the prize requires a complete street address (P.O. boxes are not accepted). Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 4 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Eight total winners (8), one winner (1) per campaign entry period, will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Winner will be notified by email, within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT MAINE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
